– Discuss with you ways in which you could reduce your energy consumption and help you stay on top of your bills.

Disconnection is rare but it can happen. However, we will try our very best to make sure we have exhausted all available options.

But please do know that we will never knowingly disconnect electricity supply to any domestic premises, in winter, if the occupant of the premise is of Pensionable Age and lives alone or lives only with persons who are of Pensionable Age or under the age of 18.

And if the occupant is disabled or chronically ill, the age does not matter. We will do all to avoid disconnecting them during the winter season.
